The Research Of Increasing The Network Capacity Of The GSM

In view of the contradiction between mobile phone users’demand and the network capacity of the GSM with limited radio frequency resources, this article has proposed the computational method about the network capacity in theory of the GSM with C/I, and carried on the quantitative analysis to the relations between the network capacity of the GSM and the mobile connection quality. The article also has proposed some new technologies such as AMR-HR, COMMON BCCH in order to increase the network capacity with maintaining the mobile connection quality as far as possible.
