The topic discussed in this paper is 3G network simulation.The paper introduces two methods of simulation,including static and dynamic simulation.And the focus of the paper is on Monte Carlo simulation method.The contents of which related to the mathematical foundations of the Monte Carlo simulation method,its general work flow,the four key steps of a snapshot and the convergence criteria of simulation.
