This article develops the portable information collector of cropland information based on ARM9 kernel,which assembles various functions of information collection into one whole,can real-time collect,display,storage and transmit farmland information.Collector S3C2410 embedded microprocessor core,with GPS module of GIS data collection terminal,with GPRS network and Internet network connection,the field information in real-time data transmission to a central server in order to field operations management and planning,growing crops,yield prediction,agricultural information to meet on the field real-time environmental information collection and transmission requirements,a portable,flexible and so on.
