In order to adapt to the emergency work needs of Liaoning earthquake networks,a practical emergency system based on the excel platform is developed with functions of the seismic intensity display,the report output,the record upload,the basic data's offer in seismic stations,the waveform display,and so on.This system can provide credible bases for the government's emergency decision.
