On Establishing the Web Transmission Right in Information Service

With regard to the use of the works in Web information service and the protection of the copyright of Web works,whether we should add a new right to use this kind of works to suit the large-scale and high-speed transmission nature of digital works,and whether we should regard this new type of use of works and new right of authors as Web transmission type and Web transmission right,are an unavoidable problem in the use of Web resources in information service.
