Design of Pavement Management System Database

This paper presents an important part in Pavement Management System (PMS), that is, the design of database. Following the principle and method of database design and the characteristics of PMS, the design process is detailed in four aspects: consumer demand analysis, conception framework design, logic framework design, and physical framework design.
