As the key unit in automatic systems of hydrological measurement and reporting, a fixed station is used for the reception and retransmission of the signals of teletry station and master station. In order to guarantee relay unit produced in batches to meet technical specification, they must be checked and tested. According to standards concerned for automatic systems of hydrological measurement and reporting, this article introduced items, requirements, methods for check and measurement, as well as assessment.
