Design Ideas of IT Operation and Maintenance Management Platform in Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention

According to the information technology infrastructure library(ITIL)related model and management methods,combined with the business systems,IT resource status and management structure of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC), the paper constructs a three-dimensional model for operation and maintenance management.It designs the IT operation and maintenance management platform from three dimensions,helps to facilitate the uniform resource management,enhance the efficiency of various business systems and meet management needs of users in different levels.
