Elementary exploration on building office automatization system in institutions of higher education

Office automatization system building is an important content of modern building in institutions of higher education,is the effective approach to advance integrative competence of institutions of higher education under modern condition.But at present,there are some problems existing in the course of office automatization building such as lack of correlative software and skilled personnel.Therefore,every institution of higher education should enhance ideological knowledge,offer good environment for promoting office automatization;enhance information platform building of office automatization,realize e-works;try hard to enhance safeguard,make sure of the reliable operation of office automatization network.
