Cluster Analysis Based on Mixed Attribute Information

Aiming at the clustering analysis problems with mixed attribute information such as real number,interval number and natural language,a new clustering analysis algorithm is proposed,which is the extension of the traditional FCM clustering algorithm.The clustering analysis problems with mixed attribute information are introduced.Then two theorems for determining the optimal partition and the optimal clustering center are given.And the iterative steps of the FCM clustering algorithm are presented.Finally,an example is given to show the applicability of the proposed FCM clustering algorithm.
