Euler Sub-Graph of A Quasi-Tree

In This Paper, a count problem was introduced that on Euler sub-graph of a quasi-tree. A very delicate and simple calculation formula was given, and given out the rigorous details proof. The concerned result possesses important theory and application value in some research of theory physics.
