Based on analyzing the features of current information system and the development of information technology,the article combines workflow technology with the traffic flow of the Electric Energy Measuring and Detecting Station,summarizes the deficiency of intrinsic work flow The article proposes the solution of electric measure management information system based on workflow technology that adopts modern information technology,barcode management technology,computer network technology and communication technology It achieves the formalization description of work flow in computers,integrates the detected data of ammeters,workflow management data and relative data and archieves performation and management of the workflow
