Application of VPN technology in IP multicast video conference system

Aiming at the problems of poor security,high lost,limited resource of IP multicast Router when IP multicast video conference system is deployed and utilized on internet,the scheme to solve these problems by applying VPN technique to implement IP multicast video conference system on internet was proposed.Then,the network structure and implementing method of VPN were introduced.Meantime,the fundamental concept,key technology and its characteristics,and the overall design of IP multicast video conference system were simply expounded.Finally,this conference system was tested on WAN.The result indicates that running this system on WAN is implemented successfully and this system can guarantee the security and reliability of conference data transmission.
