Study of standard of identifying special equipment's major hazards

Overseas and domestic researches on major hazard identification and existing identifying standards are presented.Based on semi-ration method,the basic frame of standard of identifying special equipment's major hazards is completed through building mathematical model,and determining identification radix,identification modulus,identification index and identification threshold value.As practical and operable criterion and direction,the identifying standard can be used in actual behaviors of identifying special equipment's major hazards.
