Research on developing management information system of BINTUAN project reconnaissance and design

In order to develop the project management information system which is owned intellective property right and fit for the management of project of institute of reconnaissance and design in Xinjiang Bintuan,this paper mainly introduces the methods to develop the management information system of institute of reconnaissance and design in Xinjiang Bintuan based on the software Delphi7.0,Oracle9i,Power Designer and Cell.The frame and database of the system is designed,meanwhile,the safety and data integrity of the database are optimized.The problems and steps which need to be noticed to develop the MIS are verified,which can be referred by the similar software development.
