Analysis and Implementation of Transform Algorithm in AVS-M

The purpose of AVS-M is to provide audio and video coding criterion and standard for the rapid development wireless network,mobile facility for mobile phone and PDA,etc.The study is mostly based on AVS-M oriented to mobile facility which needs to be provided video coder with high compression ratio and low-complexity.The AVS-M algorithms of transform are analyzed and the decoding speed is accelerated by adopting the fast algorithm.The optimized AVS-M software with high coding efficiency can fit to mobile facility that needs low network bandwidth,low computation complexity and low memory.The algorithms is convenient for hardware implementation.
