In order to effectively assess the fire direction ability of the commander of the ground-air missile system,a fire direction assessment index system for ground-air missile system was established by analyzing the fire direction process of ground-air missile system.A fire direction effectiveness grey cluster assessment method was proposed based on grey fixed-weight clustering and membership function.Clustering evaluation was made for an example of fire direction capability, which verified the effectiveness of the method.
