Efficiency Evaluation of Non-lethal Anti-riot Bomb Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation

In view of the operational effectiveness assessment of Non-lethal anti-riot bomb,the fuzzy theory is used to explore. First of all,based on the essential characteristics of Non-lethal anti-riot bomb,the operational effectiveness evaluation index system is put forward. And then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to indicate each factor's weight distribution of the index system,using fuzzy theory and distinguish qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,determined the fuzzy evaluation matrix. Finally,the grade method is introduced,using the weighted average algorithm to quantitative operational effectiveness. And through the analysis of examples given Non-lethal anti-riot bomb operational efficiency score,comparing the two kinds of model types of Non-lethal anti-riot bomb operational efficiency of the advantages and disadvantages,it is concluded that the results tally with the actual situation.
