With the development of information technology and the reducing of cost,there are more and more information on the Internet.The data mining faced web has become a new problem because of the complexity of web data mining.The division and development of web data mining is introduced,and XML is used in web data mining,and then the feasibility and advantage of auto web data mining is shown with using an auto data mining model in a stock information collection system.By the way,the limitation and foreground of the auto web data mining is pointed out.
