The Application of PLC-DCS to Automatic Cardboard Production

The architecture of system,communication network,software design and system functions of distributed control system in monitoring and controlling of tiling cardboard production line are presented in this paper.On the base of PLC of VIPA,combining Ethernet and Profitbus to communicate data,the DCS adopts CONTROL LAB to design the software system,which make the whole system have better reliability and extensibility.And finally the DCS implements status displaying,produce controlling,order-form managing and shipment managing of tiling cardboard production line.
