The Design of A Bandgap Reference Applied in the RFID Chip

This paper describes the design of a bandgap reference applied in the RFID chip. This circuit works in a current feedback mode, startup circuit is required for successful operation of the system. The circuit implemented in 0.25μm CMOS technology, generates a refer- ence voltage of 1.157V and has a temperature coefficient of 0.03 mV/K at 27C. It can operate with supply voltages between 2.25V and 2.75V and between 0℃ and 85℃.
