A new method of optimizing irrigation system under non-sufficient irrigation ——multi-dimensional dynamic planning based on RAGA

By Combining the RAGA with Multi Dimensional Dynamic Planning(MDDP),the authors put forward a new method named as RAGA DP.When applying MDDP for optimizing irrigation system under the condition of non sufficient irrigation,some problems may occur,it is subject to a partial best and difficult in obtaining the optimum value and so on.The new method can be used to handle these probloms.The authors applied the RAGA—DP model to optimize a irrigation system of underground irrigation rice under non sufficient irrigation in the San jiang Plain.The result was satisfactory.
