Design Scheme for Establishment of Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sharing Platform for River Basin

With the wide application of remote sensing technology in river basin harness and development, remote sensing spatial information sharing has become increasingly a key factor for promotion of the information explosion process. Taking application of remote sensing and spatial information for the Yellow River basin as an example, the paper analyzes requirements of remote sensing and spatial information sharing,discusses sharing mechanism of remote sensing and spatial information resources,puts forward basic framework for sharing of data resources,system resources,knowledge resources,remote sensing products and information services. Finally, the article gives design scheme for establishment of remote sensing and spatial information sharing service system based on the resources sharing platform, hoping that it can provide ideas for reference in the solution of fast-growing problems of massive remote sensing and spatial information sharing.
