An Infinite Family of 9-Tight Optimal Double Loop Networks

Based on the theory of L-shaped tile and prime number theory,it is provedthat N(2 500 139) is 9-tight,while N(t)=3t2+4t-2 222 698.An infinite family of 9-tight optimal double loop networks with a parameter is further derived.With these results,some errata in the bibliography are corrected.
