Secondary Development of GIS on Combination of VB and Maplnfo

Three methods as well as the advantage and disadvantage of them are introduced in this paper,which are used to develop GIS softwares on VB platform combined with Maplnfo.They are based on the development of OLEImplant,OLE Automation and groupware through mapx.Then the producing management information system of bigezhung colliery is developed by OLE automatic programing method.
