Economic Consideration of Internet-based Information Retrieval Service & Selection of Countermeasures

With the rapid development of Internet and its deep application,lots of gratifying changes have taken place in information retrieval,for example,the space of user's access to information expands greatly,self-service ability of information retrieval improves.In the meantime,it's noted that the effectiveness of Internet-based information retrieval is far apart from user's expectation.The problem has been viewed in terms of economic science,and some suggestions have been made to promote the development of Internet-based information retrieval service.
