Design of two-channel outputs switching mode power supply based on TOP100Y

A two-channel outputs of +12 V and +5 V switching mode power supply based on TOP100Y was designed due to heat energy consuming in the linear voltage-stabilized power supply, the structure and working mode of circuit system were analyzed briefly, and the design method of the high-frequency transformer parameter was introduced. The circuit capability was validated by analyzing the experimental results, the improving and optimizing project was put forward, and the method of improving efficiency was explained in this paper.
