Data management and processing platform of distributed intelligence traffic system

With the development of intelligent traffic systems,the utility of ITS will greatly improve the traffic condition by dynamic measuring the traffic state. The management and processing system of traffic data became an important tool for traffic control.This paper presents a structure of two-level servers based on C/S mode to manage the traffic data and a method of spatial-time to process data that is implemented by extracting the characteristic parameter from the time series and initial data that are collected by spatial distributing sensors.
