Parameter estimation of incomplete data using α-EM algorithm

In this paper;a-EM algorithm is used to present a new method about incomplete data.Comparing to traditional algorithm such as GEM and EM algorithm,it has a faster convergence speed,but as a compensation,form will be more complex.
