A security strategy of remote sensed image transmission in Geographic Information Service

From Google Earth it can be seen: in Geographic Information Web Service,it is the remote sense image's transmission security that plays a key role to ensure the security of remote sense data and the copyright of data producer.For image compression,the compression algorithm which only encrypts the wavelete transforming low frequency data is adopted;for encryption tactic,the AES algorithm is adopted;for transmission mode,the gradual transmissing is adopted.By this means the remote sense image transmission security tactic can be realized based on wavelet transforming.An experiment was taken,using the remote sense image of a certain region,to prove that the tactic has the practical efficiency of security and celerity during remote sense image transmissing.
