Copyright Protection of Mobile Phone Publishing Activities

As a new publishing format,mobile phone publication has characteristics with high-speed spread and renewal,large amount of information,few links of publication and cheap cost.so application of mobile phone publication has broad prospects.However,it will bring about problems to the copyright protection: the uncertainty of publication main,the difficulity of publication monitoring and immaturity of digital copyright protection technology.To that end,this paper give the copyright protection measures in mobile phone publishing activities: 1,To improve relevant legislation on the Internet publication;2,To actively promote the voluntary registration system for digital rights;3,To establish collective management organizations of copyright;4,To strengthen self-protection consciousness of obligee.
