A design method of safety fax server based on clustering techniques

This paper proposes a concept of safety fax server,whose basic principle is to add junk fax detection function to the fax server to protect users from junk faxes.Junk faxes generally spread with the form of broadcast,thus the specific means is to cluster the receiving faxes with run-length characteristics to discriminate junk faxes from normal faxes,simulation result indicates that this method has high accuracy.
