BZ13-1 production platform is a transferring hinge of southern Bohai Oilfield,which barges up against insufficiency of cantilever drilling rig during exploitation seedtime,and it couldn't meet the overall needs of the development of Bohai Oilfield.To alleviate resource conflicts,CNOOC drill completion workers,in accordance with the existing conditions,put forward and adopt the non-cantilever rig + underwater base plate mode of operation creatively,which not only ensures a smooth production schedule at the Oilfield,but obtains direct economic benefits as high as 140 million yuan.At the same time,it could yield indirect economic benefits of 927 million yuan annually and good social benefits.The success of this new operation mode provides a strong reference for the subsequent application of this technology.
