Mechanical Device and Electric Circuit to Avoid Materials-jammed

The standard process of a radio frequency welding machine is: put material-rotate platform-close mould-weld-open mould-discharge material.Sometime,the electrode may be jammed and the mould will be damaged.In order to avoid this trouble and remind the operator,we use ball-spring and optical fiber sensor to design two sets of protection systems.The effects are well after a long time's production.
