On Decomposing a Matrix into the Sum of Stable Matrices

In this paper, the problem of whether a given matrix can be decomposed into the sum of stable (in the sense of continuous-time stablility) matrices is studied. By generalizing the approach and the results of reference , we get a more correct result.
