Analysis on Synchronizaton Issues in DVB SimulCrypt System

This paper analyzes some synchronization issues in DVB SimulCrypt system,including the synchronization between activating the control word and broadcasting the relevant ECM,the synchronization between activating the business key and broadcasting the relevant EMM,the delay before the STB gets the business key.Some methods to implement synchronization are provided to these three issues.
