GNSS continuously operating reference station observational data is an important source of information on the basis of geography.This article describes the design and implementation of the monitoring system GNSS technology,messaging middleware technology,network technology,application-based data collection.The practice shows that the data collection and monitoring system based on the component is advanced designed,and with perfect functions,strong practicability and popularization.
