The construction and development is based on the database resource sharing system by network.The management platform uses B/S structure,and the page uses asp.net technology.The database system takes SQL Server 2000 as the creating,publishing and managing platform.A public access service platform is established by collecting,organizing,classifying,proofreading,archiving and distributing information,which has relatively integrity and good database framework,and is able to meet the requirements of the network resource sharing.It will become a guarantee of the information resources in subject development,decision management,marketing management,or technical development for the relative research institutes and enterprises
