Direction finding of wideband radar signal utilizing narrowband receiver

Narrowband electronic reconnaissance system has the advantage of reducing signals and is convenient for digital processing.By analyzing the process of wideband signal passing narrowband receiver,it can be proved that the direction information of wideband signal is kept after passing the narrowband system.And it can also be proved that the design of direction finding algorithm is related to the specifications of the system,such as passband bandwidth and the position of the sensors.Computer simulation experiments with MUSIC algorithm demonstrate the above conclusion is corrective.
