Performance of image communication based on adaptive LDPC coded modulation

The adaptive coded modulation based on LDPC codes and its application over the flat fading wireness channel in image communication is proposed.The least meansquare error nonlinear curve fitting method is introduced to get the switching threshold for throughput maximization of adaptive system.The average throughput performance of the adaptive system based on LDPC codes is obtained by this means.Simulation results show that the system can get satisfactory image communication performance in the very high spectral efficiency situation over the flat fading channel.
