A Model and a Algorithms of Quality Assessment for Lecture Based of Fuzzy Appraisal and Markov Chain

In this paper,it introduces the method of quality assessment for lecture,then it develops a model of quality assessment for lecture,and it argues the algorithms.This algorithms can evaluate the performance of teaching automatically,reasonably and competently.The case of rating lecture for the computer teaching and researching studio received satisfied achievement.
