Discussion on the Construction Schem of the Computer Network System for Hydrological Planning Information Management

By analyzing the problems in the management of hydrological capital construction planning information, and summing up the practical experience in transporting the hydrological information with computer network technology, this paper not only puts forward the design thinking of how to use computer network system to manage hydrological capital construction planning information, but also gives a primary scheme for the system construction.
