The Primarily Research of Information Surveillance Based on Information Resource Planning

To sum up the experience of our information, the lacking of Information Resource Planning(IRP) and surveillance over are the basic reason for the failure of information system engineering. Firstly, the comprehension of information surveillance is introduced, then, IRP and the whole solution of it are analysed. Finelly, it comes to a conclusion that the information surveillance based on IRP is necessary. It also points out the new content of information surveillance based on IRP.
