Study of Campus Data Center Backup Based on Oracle 10G RAC Database

Data backup is very important measure to keep database away from calamity,and it is the only way to prevent the medium failure of Oracle database.The campus data center adopts Oracle 10G real application cluster fabric and primary/standby database data guarding lay in different place,standby database backup the primary database.Discussed the backup policies that logical backup database by Oracle 10 data pump and incremental backup in archiving mode by recovery manager.Automatic and fast backup database by Unix cron process,ensure the dependability and usability of data backup.
