A Method of Display Transformation from Computer to Television

This paper presents a method to transform the teletext displayed by computer appropriately into the standard 512×576 video displayarea of the PAL system on the basis of the computer TVGA mode 800×600,i.e.,to map the content displayed in the 800×600 line-to-line scanning mode into the 512×576 interlaced scanning display mode in the 512×576 interlaced scanning display area,making the former completely conform to the line synchronous and field synchronous standard of the PAL system.Teletex produced in this way has the advantages of the screen displaying and high resolution.
