Through the analysis of the purposes and tasks on fault diagnosis expert system of measurement and control system equipment,in this paper,the theory and method of fuzzy neural network were realized with the expert system that was used in fault diagnosis of test equipment and the fault diagnosis expert system model was established.Also,the problems of the knowledge forming,knowledge obtaining and inaccurate inference in fault diagnosis expert system were discussed.The analysis method gearing to the subject was used to analyze the design of the fault diagnosis expert system realized with the software
