Studies on selecting hardy evergreen broad-leaved trees

Based on a brief account of the present state of introducing evergreen broad-leaved trees in China,the methods of evaluating the hardiness of trees were reviewed in term of external observation of plant characters,growth-resuming test,physiological metabolic change,physicochemical properties and biochemical indexes,and then the direction of researching evergreen broad-leaved trees was put forward.
