Exchange data from XML documents to database follow many strategies. In the general case, DTD-based object schema mapping suits for all XML documents. The Mapping process each element in DTD and mapping to an object schema.Then the object schema is mapped to the relation database schema. The data in the XML document is mapped to database via object schema. The mapping can be combined for a direct DTD to relation database schema.
