The E-Governance System for Flood Management

The transformation from flood control to flood management is a significant landmark and the inevitable trend of the water management strategies adjustment in the new developing period of China. This paper discusses and analyzes the strategies and approaches on how to build the e-governance system for flood management for implementing the transformation from flood control to flood management.
