Application of projection pursuit and genetic algorithm in flood forecasting

The paper effectively combines projection pursuit with genetic algorithm,builds model with projection pursuit and searches optimization with genetic algorithm.The combination method would be use to the flood forecasting,which could build the multi-factors forecast model for the basin flow.
